Terms and Conditions of Use – koi55 Malaysia Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and koi55 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the koi55 website, the official mobile app, and all services provided through our platform.

• Koi55 will never ask for your password or sensitive information via email, SMS, or live chat.

8Account Closure

Koi55 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any member account without prior notice if a violation of these Terms is found, including but not limited to:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of unauthorized software or bots to exploit the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the koi55 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once all security checks and wagering requirements have been completed.
